Core Technology Modules
A modular packing line is built from four key stations:
- The Turnstile & Down-Ender: Acting as the buffer between the slitter and the packer, the Upender rotates the coil 90 degrees to "Eye-to-Sky" orientation, making it ready for palletizing.
- Automatic Strapping: We use PET Strapping Heads for most applications. They are safer and cheaper than steel strap, with excellent shock absorption during transport.
- The Wrapping Station: For export protection, our Coil Wrappers apply VCI paper and Stretch film in a single pass. This "Cocoon" protects against rust and humidity.
- Smart Stacking: Whether using Electromagnets for steel or Vacuum Lifters for copper, our stackers place coils onto pallets with ±1mm precision, eliminating manual crane work.
