The Master Steel Coil Packing Machine is a specialized orbital wrapping system designed for cold rolled steel coils. It features two blocker roller stations and uses VCI film to provide dustproof protection, enhanced security, and decorative packaging.
The wrapping station automatically checks coil size for precise positioning and eye-through wrapping. With shuttles capable of carrying 2-3 film rolls for overlap wrapping and a reliable tension controller, this machine efficiently handles both large and small steel coils.
