Aluminum profiles are high-value aesthetic products. The packing line focuses on applying protective tape to individual profiles, then bundling them with paper interleaving to prevent friction scratches. The bundle is then spiral wrapped or shrink wrapped.

Master Bundle Stacking

After individual bundling, the line often includes an automatic stacker (robotic or gantry) to build large master bundles for logistics, often placing wood spacers between layers automatically.
