Automatic Aluminum Profile Paper Wrapping System

This automatic aluminum profile paper packing machine is designed for covering paper on aluminum bundles, suitable for single profiles or profile bundles. It addresses issues of high labor intensity, low packaging efficiency, and high costs associated with manual paper covering. The machine can also use PE sheet or board as packing materials.

The process includes feeding the aluminum profile bundle into the paper covering station, automatically feeding and cutting paper to the required length, positioning the bundle on the paper, folding the paper around the bundle with belt holding devices, automatically tapping the paper package at 3-4 positions to secure it, and unloading the packed profile onto a conveyor.
