This line connects directly to the C-hook conveyor of a wire rod mill. It automates the heavy and dangerous tasks of compressing loose wire coils (which act like giant springs) and applying high-tension steel or PET straps. It often includes automatic weighing and tag welding.

High Tonnage

Designed for continuous operation, these lines can handle coil weights up to 5 tons and throughputs of 60-100 coils per hour.
