This Wire Rod Strapping & Compacting Line includes compacting frames, block roller, strapping heads, electric cabinet, pneumatic and hydraulic installation. This line will be fully automatic with manual operations mode. After connecting with C-hook handling line, the wire rod coil should move the wire coil on the compressing station manually/automatically. The c-hook along with the coil will be displaced to the position of the strapping table for strapping.

Wire rod coil hoisted to compressing station by crane with C hook. Automatic position checking and placing the rod coil on the block roller. Automatic compressing the wire rod coil. After coil compacting, PET/steel strapping head auto strapping 4 straps per coil. The strapped rod coil moves out to the compressing station by crane. One coil finished, cycle operation.
