Compaction and Containment

Wire coils are springy and difficult to handle. Steel Wire Strapping Machines are actually hybrid machines: they are Compactors + Strappers. A hydraulic press descends to compress the loose wire coil, removing air gaps, while the strapping head applies multiple straps simultaneously to hold the compressed state.

High Force Application

These machines can exert compaction forces ranging from 5 to 40 tons. The result is a dense, stable package that is safe to transport and maximizes shipping container density.
