These machines use a 'lance' system to feed the strap through the bundle or under the conveyor, ensuring the strap encompasses the entire bundle.

Bundle Integrity

To prevent loose pipes in a hexagonal bundle, these machines often work in conjunction with a 'forming station' that compresses the tubes into shape before the strap is applied. Wooden blocks can be automatically inserted top and bottom to protect the tubes from the strap tension.
