Product Description
The horizontal wire rod compactor is driven by a hydraulic and electric system, featuring two pressing stands with a compacting force of up to 50T for heavy-load wire rod compacting. This machine achieves great efficiency in wire rod coil loading, strapping, and unloading.
Connected to the end of a wire rod mill line, it automatically compresses and binds wire rod coils with strong binding force for transport or storage. A C-Hook crane transports wire rod coils in and out of the compactor, with rollers supporting the coil during strapping.
Equipped with 4 strapping heads for simultaneous belt strapping, it performs automatic wire drawing, stretching, twisting, and knot-making. Reliable electrical gear motor-driven feeding units ensure high success rates in wire feeding, stretching, and binding.
