Product Description
The FPW-300 is an economic steel coil wrapping machine designed for flexible packaging of various steel coil specifications. It enhances packing efficiency, saves labor, ensures good packing results, and promotes a safe workshop environment. This machine provides dust-proof, surface protection, and water-resistant qualities for coil packaging.
Coil loading is achieved through rolling in and out, making it suitable for light steel coil packing. FHOPEPACK offers comprehensive handling solutions with multiple packaging adjustment options, including a large size range, adjustable carrier roller rotation speeds, ring wrapping, and control over packing material tension and overlapping.
Operation modes include manual button control and one-key automatic running. The mainframe height is adjustable to center the ring rotation on the coil. Protective and carrier rollers feature special coatings for steel coil protection, and the machine includes emergency stop and light indicators for error handling by operators.
