Operators manually input coil data and specifications into the control system, enabling automatic machine operation. This automation significantly improves capacity and efficiency, with data including OD, ID, width, weight, required wrapping speed, wrapping layers, and customer identification numbers.

The machine utilizes PLC and HMI for operation via a touch-screen interface, allowing easy entry, viewing, and modification of coil information. It provides packing adjustment and realignment capabilities, displaying errors during complex processes and enabling straightforward data modifications by operators to proceed with automatic packing.

Designed for almost all steel wire coil specifications, the flexible machinery adapts to your requirements. It operates with a stationary wrapping station and supports various loading methods, such as crane, C-hook, truck, or manual operation with a coil trolley. Integration with coil trolleys, tippers, tilters, or conveyors is possible, with infeed and outfeed capabilities. Wrapping position is sensor-limited, and the machine moves on floor rails between packing stations, with motor-driven supportive rolls that adjust based on packaging mode.
