FCL-V800 Automatic Pipe Winding & Strapping Machine

The Automatic Plastic Pipe Coiler and Strapping Machine, model FCL-800, is an automated equipment designed for coiling and strapping plastic pipes. It performs a complete sequence from length fixing, winding, cutting, strapping, to final line output, with a high success rate of up to 99%. The machine features PLC and HMI for operation and parameter setting, a servo system for precise winding and strapping, and IoT monitoring with error codes for easy troubleshooting. It offers accurate pipe length checking and cutting, with coiling speeds up to 80 meters per minute, producing uniform and regular coils. Two packing methods, wrapping and shrink wrap, are available for faster, more compact, and aesthetically pleasing results after strapping.
