The Automatic Cable Coil Strapping Machine is an automated equipment designed for direct integration into production lines or connection to payoff machines, including accumulator, cable coiling station, and strapping machine components.
It utilizes a reliable strap head to automatically join PP strap ends with adjustable tensions via secure heat welding.
The coil holder automatically picks up and moves cables to the next station after strapping, with versions available for 1, 2, or 4 straps per requirement.
This offline-type coil and strap packaging equipment counts cable lengths, performs automatic cutting, coil making, and strapping with PP, all conforming to CE guidelines and built on proven FHOPE technology for high success rates, easy maintenance, and safety.
