The HDPE Pipe Coil Packing Machine, also known as a pipe wrap machine, is a robust industrial solution designed for efficiently packaging pipe coils. It features a rotating ring made of reinforced aluminum cast-solid ring, driven by polyurethane rubber wheels with adjustable friction. The machine offers adjustable ring/roller speed via an inverter, soft start and stop modes, and packing position reset for precise operation.
It supports various packing materials such as LLDPE, knit belt, and compound paper, with adjustable tension and overlap. Optional parts include an HMI for interface operation and a material frame with automatic cutting. Safety is ensured with guardrails and a separate control cabinet for easy maintenance.
