Heavy-Duty Reclining Pallet Inverter System

With a heavy load recline pallet inverter, wider loads can be quickly and easily changed from the bottom or replaced with a broken pallet. The reclining inverter is capable of lifting and turning the load vertically at 90 degrees, then rotating it 180 degrees at the top, and finally returning it to the initial position.

There are two versions in the clamper design: single or dual clamping. Our team will help customers choose the proper version based on load information provided in length, width, height, and weight. The design considers the handling methods in the customer's workshop to ensure the pallet inverter works perfectly with handling tools like lifters and forklifts.

It is typically supplied as a fully automated and guarded system, constructed individually based on user needs. In the past, many inclining pallet inverters have been used for paper, boxes, bottles, and panels, with machines manufactured up to a maximum loading of 15T in the steel industry, and can be made to your specifications if needed.

In addition, the finishes of our heavy load recline pallet inverters are painted. The fully automated reclining pallet inverter comes with a manual override option for testing maximum loading. The recline and rotation principle in the design provides a reliable handling method for wider and heavy loads that are difficult to rotate with normal inverters. Single or twin clamping systems are adjustable with sensors for load height and required clamping pressure. To ensure stable operation, the reclining pallet inverter is usually installed in a fixed way on the ground.
