Product Description
A Heavy Capacity Hydraulic Steel Sheet Flipper is designed and manufactured to rotate up to 12T steel sheets from vertical to horizontal or horizontal to vertical positions. It ensures safety, even transition, and smooth operation during tilting with durable acting hydraulic cylinders.
This machine is equipped with two working tables for 90-degree turning, a heavy-duty structure for long life, and a quality hydraulic system with cylinder synchronization. It offers adjustable turning speed, mechanical and electric stop blocks for safety, and options for control panel or remote operation. Automatic stop and pressure-keeping at any angle, along with smooth, accurate, vibration-free motion, enhance efficiency and reliability.
Key specifications include a maximum pressure of 15Mpa (with a maximum allowance of 20Mpa), double-acting hydraulic cylinders, and loading via fork lift, crane, or hoist. The control system features a pedestal-mounted hydraulic power unit, automatic position lock-up, and soft reset for accident power-off. Working tables measure 500x1800 mm each, and a soft cover shield provides operation protection.
