Product Description
The Automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine B100 Series is designed for automated pallet packaging with integrated loading and positioning conveyors. Connected to conveying lines, it significantly enhances wrapping efficiency while incorporating an upgraded motorized pre-stretch system that reduces film usage. This fully automatic machine operates without manual intervention, except for consumable replacements such as strapping and packing materials.
The process begins with a forklift placing the pallet on the infeed conveyor, which transfers it to the packing position. The auto turntable pallet packing machine then wraps the strapped pallet with stretch film (LLDPE) automatically. Finally, the pallet is moved out via the outfeed conveyor by forklift, completing the packaging cycle. Note that infeed and outfeed conveyors are optional.
