Product Description

The Automatic Horizontal Tire Stretch Wrapper is equipped with an auto roller power conveyor for tire in-feeding and out-unloading, automatic film feeding and cutting, and automatic positioning for OD full-sides wrapping packing with film.

Our team supplies a complete system after the coil spooler, including a spool picker, wrapping machine, and dispense station to dispense coils to different buffer conveyors.

This horizontal wrapper is designed for online tire packing, featuring tire and ring rotation to cover the tire surface 360 degrees with a sealed package.

It is capable of working with different tire outer diameters simultaneously.
